How many people can Casa Amalia accommodate?
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 5 adults, or 4 adults and 2 children. It is also suitable for groups such as 5 adults and one infant, or 4 adults, 2 children, and one infant.
How do I access the property?
- Ring the intercom: it’s the first one on the top left, under the sign reading “Casa Amalia”
- I’ll answer remotely via Ring and buzz you in
- Go up to the 2nd floor, the apartment door is on the right
- Next to the door you’ll find a grey key box: open the black shutter and enter PIN 2545
- Pull the black lever downward to open, take the keys and scramble the numbers to close
Waste & recycling
Under the kitchen sink you’ll find the bin for organic waste
On the terrace there are bins for general waste, plastic, paper and glass
When full, put them out in front of the house the evening before collection day:
- 🟤 Organic: put out Sunday and Wednesday evening (collected Monday and Thursday)
- 🟢 General waste: put out Tuesday evening (collected Wednesday)
- 🟡 Plastic & cans: put out Thursday evening (collected Friday)
- 📦 Paper & cardboard: put out Friday evening (collected Saturday)
- 🍾 Glass: take it to the green bottle banks in the village
Is it possible to light the fireplace or use the barbecue?
No, it is not possible to light the fireplace.
For safety reasons and to ensure the proper maintenance of the property, the fireplace at Casa Amalia is for decorative purposes only and cannot be used by guests. Thank you for your understanding.
Is the kitchen equipped?
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals during your stay. It includes a microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, kettle, hand blender, and a complete set of pots and kitchen utensils.
Are bed linens and towels provided?
Yes, guests will find clean bed linens and towels included in their stay.
Where can I park?
When you arrive, you can stop for a few minutes on the opposite side of the door to unload your luggage, there’s space on the roadside. Then park following the signs in the street next to Ristorante Roma, about 100 metres from the house.
How is the check-out done?
Before leaving the house, we kindly ask you to:
- Wash all used dishes (there is a dishwasher available).
- Remove any leftover food from the fridge or pantry.
- Lock the door.
- Put the keys back in the outdoor key box.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is scheduled by 11:00 AM to allow time to prepare the apartment for the next guests.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM. If you arrive earlier or have special requirements, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
